Well the title says it all really!
We are a relatively small (But hard hitting power house!) Warhammer 40k tournament team based in England.
Our green shirts are a regular sight at nearly every competitive event in the UK through out the year and have many trophies and accolades between us.
We have 6 members in this years GT final heat and I'm very happy to say its not just for being a blood thirsty war gamer!
We have some very talented painters within the team,so we score highly for soft as well as generalship points in most tournament the team attend.
So without further ado here's a brief introduction to some of our more regular players.The rest will be updated soon! (Warhammer Forum names in brackets)
What can be said about Rob that his picture doesn't already say?
Well apart from various bar work and part time "escorting" duties Rob is a proper bonefied Shakespearean actor!
Don't worry that hes a ginge,hes not that scary for real.......honest :-)
Rob has been on the tournament scene for many years and hes one of the longest serving members of the team.He has many tournament trophies to his name and is a regular reporter on the 40kuk pod cast and is the current tea boy/spy/ninja for the England ETC team.
Rob is currently using Necrons but looking to dabble in Nids........
David W (Chimppimpin)
Dave-id is a relatively new member to the team but has made a massive impact on the tournament scene and team in general.He started playing in 5th edition and as he himself will admit.....he was pretty shite! No matter what he did it just didn't work.
Then 6th Edition arrived and it was like the book was written for David! David has flourished in 6th Edition with his unique style of play and even more unique Tau army with Ork allies.David is also a true champion of forgeworld and uses it to enhance his army rather than just spam the crap out of every broken overpowered unit that seems to be the norm in FW friendly events.
This season David has held his own amongst some of the Uk's top players and earned himself much respect among the community for doing so.
I predict a podium finish for David during this season.
Adam is my partner in crime and we hold (I believe) the current record for most tournaments attended in one season which was 20 if I remember correctly!
Adam earned his nickname for being a bitchy moaning spoilt princess before,during and after every tournament! Once you see past this minor personality trait you have a cool calm and calculated hardcore 40k player that has been the downfall of many a top player.He already has several podium finishes so far this season and is on the Welsh ETC team.
At the the moment Adam uses a slightly mad version of the current Daemon "net list" filth but is more commonly known for using Chaos marines and the subsequent mental breakdown he suffered when the new codex was released!
The cries of " f*cking hell this is sh*t" could be heard for miles ........................
Harry Allen (Harrytheschmuck)
Harry is like and old pro,been there and done that and won most of the major events in the UK.
He has also whored himself to both the England and Welsh ETC teams but now remains as a permanent member of the Welsh team and well known for his international airport "Adventures".
6th edition has brought out a new challenge for Harry behind the scenes, and is now well known for his "Battlefield Birmingham" tournament. Its highly regarded for its chilled out atmosphere and highly competitive players becoming one of the most popular events of the gaming calendar.
Harry's talents go even further and he has won many trophies for his painting skills and has an amazing talent for creating beautiful scenery for his tournaments.
Its a little known fact that Harry has a blind spot for buses and other large vehicles especially on round abouts..........I still have nightmares to this day.......
Ben "To be fair" Evans
When Ben is not producing spawn of his own (hes just had a little Ben !!) hes is known for his chaos marines and numerous painting trophies that they have won.He had a brief love affair with Grey Knights but is now back to old Mistress Chaos marines.
Ben likes to be the big fish in the little pond and to be fair....who can blame him!
Tim is one of our adopted players from "tup north".In fact Tim is so northern we often need a professional translator to interpret the strange sounds emanating from his mouth!
His language on the table top is very easy to understand.Tim is known for taking very hardcore lists that stray from the norm and hit like freight train. His Blood Angels caused fear across the land for most of 5th Edition and earned Tim the respect and awe of many players.
Tim's missus is also proper hot!Got bugger all to do with 40k but very true none the less!

I moonlight as a part time butler for "special" parties (don't invite your grandma!) in between attending as many tournaments as my wallet will allow.
I was pretty much known for my storm raven GK list in 5th Edition and continued my flier fetish into 6th Ed winning my first 2 tournaments with a flier heavy Necron list.
Lately I've been fleeting between many armies and lists until I find "The One" then I will go all out WaaC for the rest of the season.Until then I will continue to experiment with 6th Ed and enjoy its wonderfull newness and vast options and armies available.
I once dressed as OrGazmatron the butler for a team challenge VS Flame On.I used my testicles as a game winning tactic against my opponent Rob Simms.........I won :-)
